My name is Thorsten Bonn and I am 30 years old. I was originally born and raised in Germany, but have made Vancouver my home since 1998. First I came to start a business degree here, but eventually loved the lifestyle, the culture and the fantastic city so much that I stayed and got a job.

I first discovered many of the ideas I am sharing with you through my posts when I was searching for answers to challenges and questions in my own life. Along the way I was very fortunate to have had many great teachers, coaches and inspiring encounters that have deepend my understanding of various spiritual principles that improve the quality of life.

After about 5 years of research and practise, I have decided to give back by sharing my views and those of the people that shaped me. I hope you enjoy what you read and look forward to your feedback and comments.
